1. Who we are
DoneDoc (donedoc.site) is operated by MAXX CICLO LTDA (CNPJ 42.153.960/0001-31). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
Document answers: the information you type into a form (for example names and addresses) is used only to generate your document. It stays in your browser while you fill out the form.
When you check out, an encrypted copy of your answers travels with your payment record so we can deliver your document even if you close the page. Only DoneDoc can decrypt it, and it becomes permanently unreadable within about 60 days. We do not keep a readable copy of your document.
Email address: used to send your document and to answer support requests.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage data: we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count visits.
We never ask for your Social Security number, bank account number or card number in our forms.
3. How we use information
To generate and deliver your documents, process payments and refunds, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the site. We do not use your document answers for advertising or to train AI models.
4. Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run DoneDoc: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information. Email support@donedoc.site and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
6. Data retention
Payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax purposes. Encrypted document answers become unreadable within about 60 days. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to our systems is restricted and protected with two-factor authentication.
8. Children
DoneDoc is not intended for people under 18.
